The KIA Board has approved Sheri-Ann Higa as a Director, replacing Donna Kojima who has moved to the downtown First Hawaiian Bank.
Steve Sullivan is the new Chairman of the KIA Membership Committee. He will be working with Sherry Goya, KIA Executive Director, on reaching potential members. KIA members can direct their business neighbors to www.kia-hawaii.org and encourage them to join.
KIA’s website had 69 visits, with 73% being new visitors. KIA members may email Sherry at sgoyallc@aol.com if they would like to offer any specials or events for KIA members. She can either email blast them or put in the monthly newsletter.
Membership renewals for January 2012 are still due and remain $50 for a company with less than twenty employees and $100 for a large company of twenty or more employees. Mahalo to KIA members who have already renewed for 2012.
