A report is made at each KIA Board meeting showing stats for the KIA website. At January’s Board meeting, the website report showed that there were 81 visits in the last thirty days compared to 54 visits the previous thirty days.  There were 78 new visits, which is 30 more than last month’s report. Page views were 174 compared to the 124 page views between December’s to January’s KIA Board meetings. The KIA website is updated each month, thanks to Peterson Rosario of GSB Hawaii (KIA member).

Nominations have been made and the KIA Board of Directors for 2012 will be lead by Alison Lee as KIA President, Mark Higa, Vice President, and Dane Tonaki, Treasurer/Secretary. Directors are Jim Frierson, Jay Kadowaki, Paul Kimura, Donna Kojima, Bobbie Lau, Bob Oda, Dexter Okada, Steve Sullivan and Glenn Takeuchi.

Voyager Charter School’s representative to KIA is Principal Amy Vordenbruegge. Her email address is amy@voyagerschool.com.

Hawaii Tech Support will not be renewing their 2012 KIA membership as they are moving out of Kakaako. KIA wishes them success in their new offices in Aiea.

Cody Properties has sold their Kona Street property to the City to make way for the rail, so they will not be renewing their 2012 KIA membership.

Red Tail Acquisitions, formerly Trinity Property Consultants, is located at 1221 Kapiolani Blvd, #248.  Their phone number remains at 593-8996, however, their fax is 596-8189 and email is eloomis@rtacq.com.

Pacific Office Properties was previously called Waterfront Plaza.  All other information remain the same.
