A presentation was made by Fabrizio Medosi, President of Pacific Atelier, the architect for a project to be located on the corner of Waimanu and Kawaiahao Streets. Franco Mora is the developer of this 217 unit project of 165 workforce and 52 market units of studios, one and two bedrooms. The average unit size is 625 for two bedrooms to 330 for studios. All units will have one parking stall, with thirty unassigned stalls, with entrance and exit from either Kawaiahao or Waimanu Streets. The Kawaiahao side of the building will have small commercial spaces available. The timeframe depends on HCDA’s approval, expect about 6 months for demolition and permitting, with the 7th to 22nd month for the project to start, and the 24th month to be occupied.
Are you opening a new location? Got a fundraiser you’d like to promote? If you do and would like to share it through our monthly newsletter, please contact Sherry Goya for more information.
